XText 1.1
Dynamically link text files to AutoCAD drawings, like an Xref for text files. Supports AutoCAD version 14 and up. Text is contained in a block. Easy to insert, edit and update. No visual degradation on machines without xText (no proxy graphics necessary). Four basic commands: Insert, Edit, Update and Update-All. (Update-All non-functional in demo version.) This version supports ASCII files only.

XText 1.1 was released by Grade Eight Software on Sunday 12 January 2003. Its known requirements are : AutoCAD R14 or higher, VBA.
XText will run on Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows NT and Windows XP.
